Join Melbourne mosaicist Kyra Smith for a hands-on introduction to mosaic making in the inspiring studio of internationally recognised mosaic artist Helen Bodycomb.
With more than 12 years of experience, Kyra loves bringing images to life through colour, shape and small fragments. A passionate mosaic bomber, she has created unexpected splashes of creativity in Melbourne’s streets and public spaces, including native moth and butterfly mosaics along Merri Creek.
Over three days, Kyra will guide you through the fundamentals of mosaic, helping you explore materials, techniques and the pleasure of creating your own work in a welcoming, purpose-built studio.
No previous experience needed — just curiosity and a willingness to have a go. Come and enjoy three days of creativity, discovery and the satisfaction of making something beautiful, one piece at a time.
